SET SMALL GOALS
Don't get me wrong, I have some whopping big goals out there too-- but they are overwhelming and easy to run from or get stuck in that paralysis by analysis mindset. Instead-- I focus on the big 3 each day. What do I have to do to keep the wheel moving each day. These are non-negotiable. No matter how many ADD paths I want to follow.
SURROUND YOURSELF WITH PEOPLE WHO "GET IT"
Surround myself with supportive people who GET IT. -- THIS IS CRUCIAL. You will have friends who support you-- but make sure you have friends who GET IT too... friends who understand the non stop grind of inner the inner hamster wheel your mind stays on trying to keep your business going. Find these in groups, like here-- Facebook groups, or local networking groups (the ones that go WAY beyond business card passing).
STAY FOCUSED ON THE BIG PICTURE
You have to connect to why you started this in the first place-- and make sure it's bigger than just "making money." It better be something that puts your feet on the ground each day and gives you a PURPOSE to drive ahead.

Embrace failure as a learning opportunity. I can't express this enough. DO NOT HOLD BACK on ANYTHING in your business because you are afraid. Trust your gut and have the grit to know that NO MATTER what you WILL make this work-- even if you fall flat on your face-- you know how to push yourself back up to your feet and rise again.
