A fundraiser party is the easiest kind of fundraiser there is: instead of asking people to simply donate, you invite them to a fun, creative night out. Your group makes a project together — and Paisley Grace Makery donates a portion of the night’s sales back to your cause. Think of it as a bake sale where nobody has to bake, and everyone goes home with something they actually want.

When can we host?

Fundraiser parties are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Every party is booked by application and is subject to approval of your charity, organization, or cause by Paisley Grace Makery.

How It Works

Fill out the form below and tell us about your cause. We’ll review it and reach out to confirm a date.

Plan & Promote
We help you pick projects and pricing. You spread the word to your supporters and fill the seats.

Party & Give Back
Your group makes, mingles, and shops. A percentage of total sales is donated back to your cause.

Giving Back: Donation Tiers

The more your group raises, the larger the percentage we donate. Your donation is based on total party sales:

of sales donated

Parties from $250–$500

15%

of sales donated

Parties from $500–$1,000

25%

of sales donated

Parties over $1,000

Donations are tallied each quarter and paid out on the 15th of the month following the end of the quarter.

Boost Your Total with Take & Make Orders

Can’t get everyone in the room? No problem. Your supporters can also place outside Take & Make orders — ready-to-paint kits they complete at home — and those sales count toward your fundraiser total too. It’s an easy way to include people who can’t attend in person and push your group into the next donation tier.

Your fundraiser party can run alongside our Made for a Purpose program, where PGM designs custom products for your cause — hats, stickers, tumblers, ornaments, bag tags and more — and donates a portion of every sale back to you. Run both together for a bigger impact.

A quick note: As a small business, we’re only able to host a limited number of fundraisers each quarter. If we’ve already reached our maximum for the current quarter, we may ask to schedule your party in the following quarter. We’ll always work with you to find the next available date.
