How much does my organization earn?

We total your sales each quarter and donate 10% to 30% back to your organization — the bigger the quarter, the bigger the rate. Your check is mailed on the 15th of the month after each quarter closes.

Your giving tiers

The donation rate is based on your organization's total sales for the quarter, and it applies to all of that quarter's sales — not just the amount over each line. Reach a higher tier and the whole quarter earns at that rate.

Quarterly sales/Donation rate

Under $250~ 10%
$250 – $499 ~15%
$500 – $749~20%
$750 – $999~25%
$1,000+ ~30%

Example: if your supporters spend $1,000 in a quarter, your organization receives $300 — 30% of the full $1,000.

Every product is handmade and quality-checked in our shop. Your supporters get something they'll love, and your cause gets a check — everybody wins.

When do we get paid?

Donations are paid by check on the 15th of the month after each quarter ends:

  • Q1 (Jan–Mar) → paid by April 15
  • Q2 (Apr–Jun) → paid by July 15
  • Q3 (Jul–Sep) → paid by October 15
  • Q4 (Oct–Dec) → paid by January 15

*If you are raising funds for a specific event date please let us know and this can be adjusted on a case by case basis.

Is there a cost to join?

No. There's no setup fee and no minimum order. We design your collection and host your page at no charge to your organization. However, we do ask that you only submit a form if you are serious about sharing it with your organization. We are a small business and design time is precious. We don't want to have to charge for this service, but please be respectful of our time.

Is there a minimum payout?

No.

What products can we offer?

Hats, stickers, UV-printed tumblers, laser-engraved tumblers, ornaments, personalized bag tags, and more. Tell us your ideas during sign-up and we'll suggest the best options for your cause.

Who can apply?

Schools, sports teams, booster clubs, churches, nonprofits, community groups, and personal causes are all welcome. We review each application to make sure it's a good fit.

Do we have to buy or store any inventory?

No. We make each item after it's ordered and ship directly to your supporter. You never touch a box.

Can we approve the designs before they go live?

Yes. We'll send proofs of your collection for approval before your page opens.

How long does our page stay up?

Your page stays active as long as your campaign is running

How do we get our money — check or other?

Checks are mailed to the organization's address on file.

What if a supporter returns an item?

Returned or refunded items are subtracted from your sales total before the 25% is calculated.
