How much does a mobile craft party cost?
A Paisley Grace Makery mobile workshop starts with a travel fee of $125, or $200 for epoxy parties, which holds your date. Project costs are charged per person and depend on the project: sign painting runs $15 to $100 and up, sea glass frames are $45, epoxy is $45 to $225, and sola flower arrangements are $55 to $75.
How far will you travel?
Travel within 20 miles of the Fernandina Beach studio is covered by the travel fee. Locations beyond 20 miles add $2 per mile.
Where can you set up?
Homes, offices, church halls, hotels, breweries, wineries and event spaces. If your group has a table and some chairs, we can usually make it work.
How quickly is my date confirmed?
Mobile dates go on a waiting list first, because off-site events need additional staffing. We confirm your date within 48 hours of booking and then send your private registration link.
What happens to epoxy projects?
Epoxy poured off site has to stay in a safe, flat location overnight to cure. Our team returns the next day to collect and sand the pieces. If guests cannot come back for them, we can ship each project for $10.
Who pays, the host or the guests?
Your choice. As the host you can treat your guests and cover everything, split the cost, or let each guest pay individually through the private registration link.
Is this good for corporate team building?
Yes. On location workshops are a favorite for team building, because we can tailor the project to your group and even work your company logo into a custom design. Ask about a custom project for a quote.
Can we do this at a hotel or rental on Amelia Island?
Yes. Mobile workshops are popular with bachelorette parties, family reunions and travel groups staying on Amelia Island. We bring everything to your rental, hotel or venue.
