What Is the Creative Insider Club?
The Creative Insider Club is the DIY craft subscription box from Paisley Grace Makery, a creative studio on Amelia Island that has been teaching people to make things since 2015. Six times a year we design a project, cut it in our own studio, pack the paint and tools it needs, film the tutorial, and ship the whole thing to your door. You can also pick it up at the studio.
What comes in every box
- An exclusive PGM project, designed and laser cut by our team in Fernandina Beach. Box projects are never sold outside the club.
- The paint colors chosen for that project, portioned and labeled.
- Sponges, brushes and wood glue, so you can start the day it lands.
- The finishing touches the design calls for. Recent boxes have held stencils, greenery, hand-dyed sola wood flowers, epoxy and lights.
- A full video tutorial with Heather, start to finish.
All you need at home is a covered table, a cup of water and a few paper towels.

Both tiers ship every other month. The difference is how much is in the box, and how big your member discount is for the rest of the year.

What Being a Member Actually Saves You
There are two separate savings here, and they stack. The first is on the boxes themselves when you prepay. The second is the Insider discount on everything else you buy from us for the rest of the year. Here is the arithmetic, in plain numbers.
1. Prepay the year and every box drops by 20%
Pay as each box ships, or pay once for all six and save a fifth of the cost. Same boxes either way.
Here is the easiest way to think about it. On the Classic membership, prepaying saves you $60 a year. Shipping is $10 a box and there are six boxes a year. Prepaying covers your shipping for the whole year.
2. The Insider discount on everything else
Classic Insiders take 15% off and Deluxe Insiders take 25% off every regular-priced purchase at Paisley Grace Makery, for as long as they are members. Workshops, open paint, take-and-make kits, finished decor, ornaments, gifts. What that is worth depends on what you buy, so here it is at a few honest spending levels.
A member who prepays the Classic year and spends $400 with us saves $60 on the boxes and $60 on everything else. That is $120 back in a year, before you count what the projects themselves are worth.
3. What the boxes are worth on their own
Every Classic box holds a project valued at $65 or more and costs $50. Every Deluxe box holds two or more projects valued at $130 or more and costs $85. Nothing in the box is a filler item. There is no sample sachet, no stray sticker, no thing you throw away. It is the project, the paint, the tools and the tutorial.
Project values are what the same finished piece sells for in our studio and shop. Shipping is a flat $10 a box and is not included in the figures above.

This is the real thing members get. Heather paints the same project you are holding, from bare wood to finished piece. These are the September 2026 boxes.
September 2026, Classic: a lit lantern with a Believe sign and a wreath ornament.

What is the Creative Insider Club?
The Creative Insider Club is the DIY craft subscription box from Paisley Grace Makery, a creative studio in Fernandina Beach, Florida. Members receive a PGM Maker Box every other month containing an exclusive wood home-decor project, the paint and tools to finish it, and a full video tutorial. Members also take 15 to 25% off everything else in the shop.
How much does the Creative Insider Club cost?
The Classic Insider box is $50 and the Deluxe Insider box is $85, charged every other month. Prepay the year and it is $240 for Classic or $408 for Deluxe, which works out to $40 and $68 a box. If you would rather we paint the projects for you, the Finished option is $65 for Classic and $105 for Deluxe. Shipping is a flat $10 a box.
How often does a box ship?
Every other month, which is six boxes a year. We find that is a kinder rhythm than a monthly box, because nothing stacks up unfinished on the dining table.
What comes in a craft subscription box from PGM?
The project pieces cut in our studio, the paint colors chosen for that project, sponges, brushes and wood glue, plus whatever the design calls for, such as stencils, greenery, sola wood flowers, epoxy or lights. Every box also comes with a step-by-step video tutorial. At home you only need a covered table, a cup of water and paper towels.
How much do Creative Insider members save?

Do I need to be crafty or have experience?
No. The project is designed and cut, the colors are picked, and Heather shows every step on video. When something does not go to plan, the tutorials show you the fix. Most slips come out with a baby wipe or one more light coat.
What is the difference between the Classic and Deluxe box?
The Classic box holds one exclusive project valued at $65 or more and gives you 15% off the rest of the shop. The Deluxe box holds two or more coordinating projects valued at $130 or more, adds a gift from another woman-owned small business, and gives you 25% off.
What is the Finished option?
If you love the designs but not the painting, or you are short on time this season, choose Finished and our team completes the projects for you. They arrive ready to display or give. Finished is $65 for Classic and $105 for Deluxe.
Can I cancel my craft subscription box?
Yes. On the every-other-month plan you can cancel any time before your next payment processes, in your account or by emailing us. Boxes already ordered cannot be refunded unless you let us know within 24 hours. A prepaid membership runs until the six boxes you paid for have shipped.
Can I buy the Maker Box projects without joining?
No. Maker Box projects are designed for members and are never sold outside the club. That is the point of being an Insider.
Is a craft subscription box a good gift?
It is a gift that keeps arriving. Put your recipient's address in at checkout and a new project lands at her door every other month. The prepaid year is the easiest one to wrap, because it is one payment and six boxes with nothing for her to renew.
