I recently made the Personalized Family Name 3D Door Hanger (G229), and unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations.
The sign itself was extremely fragile. Even with two employees assisting our group, it broke multiple times while we were trying to adhere the pieces, and we were unable to get it to a stable, secure finish.
I’ve visited the shop several times before and have always had positive experiences, but this visit was during a large private party with over 20 people. Having only two employees available was simply not enough support for a group this size. I had to ask for help multiple times, and while staff did try to assist, they often had to leave mid-project to help others, which made the process frustrating and long wait times for many.
This was the one time I left disappointed with my finished project. I truly hope improvements can be made to both the durability of this design and staffing during larger events, as I’ve enjoyed my past visits.
