Kinusaiga is the Japanese art of no-sew fabric painting — small pieces of fabric are tucked into grooves carved into a board to build a picture with the soft texture and depth of a quilt, no needle and thread required.
This design finishes at 10" x 10" and comes with its own shadow box frame, ready to display the moment you finish.

Fabric choices will vary. Every kit is built from our in-stock fabrics, so the exact prints and colors shift over time and no two pieces are ever exactly alike — that's the beauty of it. Want to make it meaningful? You're welcome to bring in sentimental or favorite fabric pieces — a loved one's shirt, a baby blanket, a scrap with a story — to work into your design, or use all of the fabric we have in stock.
$65 includes your grooved design board, shadow box frame, and all the fabric and tools you need to complete it.
