From the initial order to delivery, there was great care and communication for this wonderful guitar cribbage board and my wife was thrilled when she opened it. It was packaged in cute custom packaging and a handwritten note accompanied it upon delivery. I really wish I could have given this 5 stars but unfortunately there was an issue with the board where a small nib of wood from the cutting process of the peg holes got stuck in between the top layer of the board and the next layer below it when it was constructed creating a gap and loose, unglued area. Luckily, I was able to repair the issue myself but I do feel this should have gotten caught in quality control. Honestly I feel this was an outlier and not a typical issue based on the care put into everything else. Overall very happy with my experience and would confidently order from paisley grace makers in the future! Thanks!
