• Size is based on Width not Height.  It is measured from the first letter to the last letter.
• If purchasing a family name that begins with the word The, please specify if you want it connected or separate. 
• Double Check your spelling
• Signs over 24" must be ordered 3 days in advance as only our off site laser is large enough to prepare.. 
• Hanging Hardware is not included. We recommend velcro Command Strips so that it is flush on the wall.
• Capitals and Dots will be connected unless otherwise told or if it is a large sign. 
• If you need your sign an exact size (height/width) please let us know.
